  • Yes, when making a reservation via our website, a prepayment of 30% of the reservation value is required. Payment of the prepayment results in a reservation in our system and means to joining the conditions of the accommodation service offered by Mediteran Travel.

  • Payments can be made via the online payment system Przelwey24 and Paypal. In case of problems with making payments through the indicated services, please contact us by e-mail.

  • Yes, the reservation can be canceled up to 48 hours before the first day of the Customer’s stay, in accordance with the reservation date. Cancellations should be reported to us via our contact e-mail [email protected], indicating in the message: the date of the reservation, the name under which the reservation was made, the booked type of accommodation, and also indicate the amount paid so far.

    In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the amount paid by the Customer for the accommodation is fully returned to the bank account indicated by the Customer.

    If the cancellation of the reservation is made 48 hours before the first day of the Customer’s stay, Mediteran Travel may reject such cancellation.

  • The hotel day starts at 16:00, from this time the customer has access to the accommodation facility

    The hotel day ends at 10:00, by this time the customer must leave the accommodation facility

  • If the accommodation facility you booked is located on the campsite, e.g. it is a mobile home, then you should go to the campsite reception to collect the keys. If you are staying at Selce campsite Uvala Slana, apart from the campsite reception, there are also tourist resident who will be in touch with you.

    In the case of Apartamenty Mala Dalmacija you will be checked in by the tourist resident of the facility. He will contact you to arrange arrival times.

  • All our facilities have free parking, however, if the accommodation you choose is within the Selce camp site, parking for a second car costs €6 per day.

  • Every tourist in Croatia is required to pay a city tax  and a tourist tax. These fees are paid at the reception of the facility or at the tourist resident.

  • Yes, pets are welcome, but there is a one-time fee of €20 per stay.

  • Yes, final cleaning is included in the price.

  • It depends, whether the accomodations next to each other are available, if so then it is possible. However, please send such requests to our email address.

  • Barbecuing on the terrace is not allowed. You can grill in designated areas, if they have appropriate infrastructure.

  • Smoking is not allowed in the cottages, smoking is allowed on the terrace. However, you should take care of cleanliness and use an ashtray.

  • With such requests please contact us via e-mail. If the accomodation is ready for the guests and clean, we can check you in before 4 pm.
